Demo Team Job Description

Vitamin Well is hiring top tier part time demo team members to work in the field. If you enjoy communicating with customers, working demos and events while exuding a positive, professional, outgoing personality - we would like to meet you. To be a successful Demo Team Member you will need to attend in store demos and field events to showcase our portfolio brands: Nocco and/or Barebells. You should enjoy building authentic relationships, with the ability to increase our brands awareness and generate sales volume and velocity.

REPORTS TO: • Regional Field Marketing Specialist with dotted line to Head of Community

REQUIREMENTS • Organically exude a positive, outgoing, professional attitude o Able to work in environments: in-store demos, in-gym demos, guerilla marketing, VIP and/or largescale events • Ability to communicate brand story and key messaging in quick and impactful manner o Driving brand awareness and product trial • Ability to capture email subscriptions and social media follows o Helping grow the company’s digital database • Must be a team player with a 360 marketing mindset o Is expected to participate in team meetings and follow position’s standard operating procedures via scheduling

MUST BE • 18 + years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to organize, manage and transport demo kit of equipment and assets • Able to stand or be mobile for multiple hours without difficulty and lift 40+ pounds

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Must be able to initiate conversations and get the word out about our brands • Must have flexible availability and participate in all work environments • Must be timely in reporting metric goals and key practices through CRM program • Must be able to organize storage unit and demo kit, keeping items clean and presentable • Overall, provide a superb brand experience to everyone we meet to ensure growth and success of the compan

pay rate: $20 per hour
