Job Description
Responsibilities for the Support Specialist:
• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 desktop support and maintenance, including desktop installation, troubleshooting, repair maintenance, and upgrades. • Remote and Onsite desktop support for end-users with a Windows environment. • Configure servers and network hardware. • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. • Experience working with MSP a huge plus
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade PC's) • Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/16. • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • All employment candidates must pass a background check and take and pass a basic network-based skills test. • A+, Network+, MCP certifications are preferred.
