You’ll follow the project foreman’s direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. Responsibilities: • Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficiently • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured • Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently • Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade work as needed • Dispose of any debris, trash, or hazardous materials that are found on the site to prepare it construction starts • Pre-job set up • Job site clean-up • Post sub crew punch list items • New window wells, exterior items, demo • Material pick-up and delivery • Keep trucks fueled up and in for regular services. • Be flexible and willing to help the onsite team with completing various tasks throughout the project Qualifications: • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity • This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance • High school diploma or GED preferred • Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training • Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred • Career-focused, with a desire to learn new skills and grow professionally • Some construction experience is preferred, but not required Compensation: $23 - $35 hourly
