    Our growing construction company is looking for a reliable and capable general laborer to join our team. You’ll follow the project foreman’s direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. Responsibilities: • Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently • Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project • Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite • Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins • Make sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members don’t suffer any injuries • Pre-job set up • Job site clean-up • Post sub crew punch list items • New window wells, exterior items, demo • Material pick-up and delivery • Keep trucks fueled up and in for regular services. • Be flexible and willing to help the onsite team with completing various tasks throughout the project Qualifications: • Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred • Knowledge of basic engineering and construction laborer methods is preferred, but we will provide training • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity • Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance • High school diploma or GED preferred • Career-focused, with a desire to learn new skills and grow professionally • Some construction experience is preferred, but not required Compensation: $23 - $35 hourly
