As we continue to thrive and grow, we have immediate needs for a Senior Non-QM Mortgage Loan Processor who’s ready to take ownership, hit the ground running, and help us continue to deliver white-glove service to our clients.
Senior Non-QM Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Remote or In-Office-Based (Offices located in Scottsdale, AZ // San Diego, CA // Laguna Niguel, CA - in office preferred) - Hybrid okay
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Bonuses
What You’ll Do:
Manage a high-volume pipeline of Non-QM loans, including DSCR, Bank Statement, and Asset Depletion products - you will also manage traditional loans (Conventional, VA, FHA, and Jumbo)
Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
Proactively communicate with borrowers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to ensure timely closings.
Clear conditions and prepare files for closing
Provide updates to clients and team members throughout the loan lifecycle.
Identify inefficiencies and offer solutions to streamline workflows.
Support Loan Partners, LOs and contribute to team success through collaboration.
What You Bring:
* **DSCR, Bank Statements (Self-Employed), Asset Depletion**
Deep knowledge of industry guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA) and compliance (TRID, RESPA, HMDA)
Proficiency in LOS systems (Lending pad)
Experience managing 30+ files monthly
A calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
