POSITION: Finance Assistant Analyst LOCATION: Reynolds Blvd Winston Salem NC, USA PAY RATE: $24 - $26/hr WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client recently converted their Accounts Receivable System to SAP and we are in need of an individual that can help us streamline processes and drive efficiencies in the new system. The Finance Asst. Analyst will be responsible for managing account receivable balances for the company's large format and high-volume customer base. They must accurately and efficiently extract financial data from multiple sources, analyze and draw conclusions from the data. Additionally, they will be entering data into Company’s financial systems and/or customers portals. This individual will actively work with the company's Sales, IT, and Delivery and Execution teams to identify process gaps in an effort reduce and resolve customer missed or short paid invoices. They will facilitate process improvements and ensure adherence to policies.
Key candidate needs to have a solid understanding of accounting practices and worked in some type of business-to-business environment where they were reconciling accounts and/or addressing gaps in financial data. They need to be comfortable working on a computer and be familiar with accounting software. This role has heavy excel usage so the candidate must understand how to manipulate data using excel. The role is mostly remote but there is the occasional need to come into the Winston-Salem office initially for onboarding and possibly a couple times a month throughout the assignment.
