Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES RELATED
- Manage orders and create invoices for all retail partners in the US.
- Coordinate shipments to all partners.
- Assist regular inventories of the watch, bracelet, strap, buckle and side plate stock.
- Assist the sales team in different sales matters such as analyses and special requests.
- Ensure quick answers to all customer requests via chat or phone
- Support in developing guidelines and standards for internal procedures.
MARKETING RELATED
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate and plan ahead to order new ones.
- Be in charge of display stock and ensure the setup and supply of the retailer displays are correct and up to date.
AFTER-SALES RELATED
- Create an after-sale concept for NORQAIN US
- Manage and document all after sales cases in collaboration with Norqain’s service partner.
ADMINISTRATION
- Assist the Managing Director in particular but also other team members for their daily tasks such as organizing travels, expenses etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in high-end consumer goods a plus
