Have paid or volunteer experience working with teens

Have excellent personal boundaries

Be reliable

Be able to function in a team environment

Have a High School Diploma or College Degree

Duties include:

Provide direct oversight to females between the ages of 12-21

Cleaning of the home and washing laundry

Model and teach critical life skills

Administer medications without errors

Redirect behavior using Crisis Prevention Intervention strategies

Teach and prepare meals alongside youth

Transport children to and from appointments

Prepare a Shift Summary at the end of each shift

Communicate effectively with children on strengths and weaknesses each day

Timely complete Incident Reports
