COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGALS - An AV-Rated Orlando Firm is seeking a high-performing and very detailed-oriented individual for an opportunity to join the Real Estate team in their ORLANDO office. The Paralegals' roles would entail assisting attorneys with major commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, review of title, survey, and other due diligence, curative resolutions to title issues, organization of pre and post-closing documents, management of transactions and closings, preparation of closing statements and checklists, as well as assistance with other aspects of the transactions, including contract review, lease review, title objection letters, and entity formations. Candidates must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and initiatives with minimal oversight while being extremely organized and efficient with strong follow-through and accountability.
