We are searching for an enthusiastic and accomplished Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant) to join our NOVA Patient Care new clinic in Fredericksburg, VA scheduled to open in November 2023. You will display tremendous patient care, and collaborate with a knowledgeable healthcare team in providing thorough, patient-centric care to our comprehensive patient base. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for primary and emergency care treatments such as medical diagnosis, therapy management, administering medications, physical examinations, and providing health advice. Moreover, you will be devoted to upholding the quality of care and patient pleasure, as well as making positive relations with physicians and other members of the team. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive care to patients • Perform physical examinations and assessments • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases • Order and interpret laboratory and imaging tests • Prescribe and manage medication therapy Qualifications: • Master's Degree in a related field • US Work Authorization • Current and unrestricted VA state license in Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant • At least three years of experience in clinical practice • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
