NOVA Plastic Surgery is a growing Plastic Surgery and Medspa in OneLoudoun, Ashburn, VA. Our practice offers the entire range of Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medspa, and Skincare Services. We were chosen by L'Oreal and SkinCeuticals to be the only Flagship store in Northern Virginia. We maintain excellent patient satisfaction ratings as evidenced by our online reviews, internal routine surveys, and most importantly our patient loyalty. The candidate must have a significant interest and experience (at least 3 years) in Cosmetic Medicine, including focused cosmetic consultations, injectables, Laser resurfacing, and other aesthetic treatments.

    JOB DUTIES: 

    • Perform detailed cosmetic consultations
    • Skillfully administer the various Medspa treatments outlined on our website: Injectables, Lasers, Microneedling...etc
    • Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens for each patient based on their unique needs. (Our providers are among the best-trained experts in the country on the use of Skinceuticals)
    • Teach and LEAD the clinical team: When ready you will be supervising our Aestheticians and convert their clients into loyal patients of the Medspa division of our practice.  
    • Refer appropriate patients to our plastic surgeons for cosmetic surgery consultations.
    • Work closely with the administrative team on optimizing schedule and procedures. 
    • Must be flexible to work on select Saturdays.
    • Must be flexible to work extended hours one day a week (7 or 8 pm)
    • Be a team player and fill in for help when needed by other team members

    YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION IF YOU:

    1- Provide excellent advice and treatments to new patients to become loyal clients and enable you to achieve (20-40 treatments per week) by 6 months. 

    2- Establish an organizing referrals within the practice

    3- Maintain a 9 out of 10 patient satisfaction ratings. 

    4- Maintain great working relationships with the rest of the team and bring a positive healthy energy to work.

    5-  Make a positive difference in clients and co-workers lives.

    6- And most importantly "Do no Harm" YOUR RESOURCES:
