We are a growing Plastic Surgery and Medspa in OneLoudoun, Ashburn, VA. Our practice offers the entire range of Plastic Surgery, Medical Dermatology, Aesthetic Medspa, and Skincare Services. We maintain excellent patient satisfaction ratings as evidenced by our online reviews and internal routine surveys. Our team members are experts in providing the best skin care advice.  We are hiring a talented, energetic, eager to learn, and self-starting office administrator to join our energetic growing team.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Office assistants are the heart and soul of NOVA Plastic Surgery. They act as the connection between our clients and providers. An ideal candidate would help create a strong bridge and ensure client loyalty. 

    JOB DUTIES: 

    Answer the phone in a very pleasant way and be the practice's first great impression 

    Welcome clients with a big smile and help them complete paperwork

    Serve clients their favorite beverage while in the waiting room 

    Inform medical providers when clients are ready 

    Maintain a clean and tidy waiting room

    Help clean and organize patients' rooms  

    Help providers and doctors with procedures

    Advice visitors to our retail area on different skincare products

    Learn and become proficient in our Practice management software (Nextech). 

    Clean and maintain Skinbar area 

    Check out clients and securely handle payments 

    Help clients book their next appointment 

    Open and close the office on certain days 

    Be an integral part of the team and suggest new ideas that would help the practice grow. 

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

    1- BACHELOR DEGREE COMPLETE OR PENDING

    2- BEING A PEOPLE PERSON AND INTEREST IN HELPING OTHERS. 

    3- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A LOVE FOR LEARNING AND A CAN DO ATTITUDE. BENEFITS:
