Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Help with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.
Meal Preparation
Assist with meal planning and preparation according to dietary needs.
Encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Companionship
Provide friendly conversation and emotional support.
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities when needed.
Health Monitoring
Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
Document care provided and important observations.
