Paramount Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a patient in Clearwater, Florida.

Position Details

📍 Location: Clearwater, FL 👩‍⚕️ Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 🏥 Setting: One-on-One Private Duty Home Care

Patient Needs

Tracheostomy (Trach) care

Ventilator management

Routine skilled nursing care

Medication administration and patient monitoring

Documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Available Schedule

24 hours per day / 7 days per week (Split into two 12-hour shifts)

Day Shift

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM OR

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

We have full-time, part-time, weekday, weekend, and PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications

Active Florida LPN License

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred

New graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply (training may be available for qualified candidates)

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
