As our Maryland Regional Sales Specialist, you will serve as the face of KovoRCM throughout your territory and drive strategic revenue growth by:
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy designed to penetrate healthcare systems, physician groups, ambulatory centers, clinics, and specialty providers.
Create and nurture long-term partnerships with decision makers including CEOs, CFOs, Practice Administrators, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Billing Leaders.
Identify, prospect, and close new healthcare accounts through networking, outreach, referrals, conferences, and targeted lead generation.
Stay ahead of healthcare reimbursement trends, RCM pain points, payer challenges, and competitor activity to position KovoRCM as the preferred solution.
Lead compelling sales meetings, solution demos, proposals, and contract discussions tailored to each clientβs operational and financial goals.
Work closely with operations, implementation, and executive teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
This role is built for a producer. You will be expected to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
