    The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

    Type: Part-Time / 1099 Location: Remote Compensation: $10/hr Schedule: Flexible (required: weekly RISE meeting, 1:1s, and trainings)

    This position supports our recruiting team by managing communication, scheduling, and the administrative details that ensure candidates move smoothly through our process. You are the first impression. You set the tone. You anchor the system.

    And when the system runs well, candidates feel cared for and recruiters stay in their zone of genius.

    What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

    Scheduling & Coordination

    • Manage interview calendars with accuracy and speed
    • Confirm availability and coordinate times between candidates and clients
    • Send confirmations, Zoom links, and reminders
    • Keep candidate status updated and clean inside the ATS

    Candidate Communication

    • Serve as the first point of contact — professional, clear, warm
    • Follow up post-interview for next steps
    • Support the recruiter in maintaining a positive candidate experience

    Administrative Excellence

    • Light admin tasks: data entry, candidate file updates, document management
    • Support with internal reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline status, etc.)
    • Assist with LinkedIn postings, job boards, and resume searches as needed

    Process & System Discipline

    • Follow our documented SOPs (structure = clarity)
    • Give feedback for continuous improvement
    • Uphold Sharper’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and brand integrity

    Requirements

    You don’t need a degree — you need discipline, communication skills, and reliability.

    Experience in:

    • Admin work
    • Lead management
    • Recruiting (a plus)

    Technology:

    • Reliable internet + computer
    • Comfortable learning and using ATS/CRM tools
