⭐ Position Overview

As the CNA Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our program meets and exceeds NJ DOH NATCEP requirements while supporting both instructors and students throughout their educational journey.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with NJ Department of Health NATCEP standards.

Supervise, mentor, and support CNA instructors in both classroom and clinical settings.

Review and maintain accurate skills checklists, student evaluations, and required records.

Coordinate with long-term care (LTC) facilities and clinical partners.

Uphold the highest academic, professional, and institutional standards.

🔹 Required Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license (verification required).

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Geriatrics preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
