What You’ll Be Doing:

Promote our home care services to families, healthcare providers, and community partners

Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and support the onboarding of new clients

Build relationships with referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and senior centers

Represent our agency with professionalism and empathy in the community
