We are looking for a Baker to join our team of cookie lovers.
Join a small women owned premium dessert company as an integral part of a tight knit team of production staff.
We operate in a new commercial kitchen closed off from the public so there's no contact with customers.
As a baker you will fulfil the daily demands of production in an efficient manner while following procedures respectfully.
MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS:
Maintains production of desserts based on daily demand.
Assists the baking team with all production steps: prep for cookie batter, clean up after weighing, consolidate baking sheets, set up depositor machine, pair & fill sandwich cookies, chocolate work, cutting of brownies, & clean up all workstations.
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment.
Ensures safety procedures are followed.
Works at a fast pace and demonstrates a sense of urgency.

Follows daily objectives and holds oneself accountable for achieving those objectives.
Works in an organized & deliberate manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
CERTIFICATIONS:
Food Handlers Certification
COMPENSATION:
$18-$19 per hour depending on experience Tips are added to payroll based on hours worked
