Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner – Apple Valley, California

Day or Swing Shift | $150K–$170K + Bonus | Open ICU (No Procedures)

Join a supportive, close-knit team of 8 hospitalists at a respected community health center in beautiful Apple Valley, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP who enjoys collaborative inpatient medicine and wants strong team support with a balanced schedule.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and partner across departments to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality care — all within a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Position Highlights

  • Swing Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – Midnight

  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Epic EMR with strong internal informatics support

Compensation & Benefits

• Swing Shift: $170K annual compensation + productivity bonus

• Day Shift: $150K annual compensation + productivity bonus

Qualifications

• Acute Care NP preferred

• Family NP considered with hospitalist experience

• Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required before start date)

• New graduates encouraged to apply (completion of training and unrestricted APRN license required prior to start)
