    Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) – Northern CA FQHC
    Location: Northern California | Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

    The Opportunity
    Our community-based FQHC in Northern California is expanding and actively seeking multiple Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) to join our dedicated outpatient care team. This is a great opportunity for mission-driven providers who want to make a meaningful impact in an underserved area.

    Practice Overview

    • 100% outpatient primary care
    • Team includes 4 physicians and 5 APPs
    • Patient volume: 18–20 per day
    • No call responsibilities
    • Target start date: As soon as available

    Schedule

    • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), typically 4 days/week
    • Will consider part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)

    Compensation and Incentives

    • Physician base salary: $141,000–$149,000
    • Recruitment bonus (APPs): Up to $50,000, paid over 5 years
    • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
    • NHSC Loan Repayment Program:
      • Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment
      • Up to $37,500 for a part-time, two-year service commitment
      • Site is NHSC-approved for eligible APPs and physicians
