Located in southwest Florida about 30 minutes form Port Charlotte and 1 hour to Sarasota, this area offers a slower pace of life with open space, affordable living, and short commutes. The area provides convenient access to Gulf Coast beaches, regional airports, and surrounding metro areas without the congestion of coastal markets.
