The Greenfield outpatient clinic plays a key role in expanding access to primary care services for the community, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care for patients of all ages.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $156,000 – $206,315, based on experience
