    NPAccel is currently seeking motivated entry-level, part-time Conversion Rate Optimization-CRO Interns with a background in Graphic Design/UX!     INTERNSHIP DETAILS:

    Our internships are designed as opportunities for senior year students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience and training that will position them for a continued career at NP Digital. 

    ANTICIPATED START DATE: SEPT 20TH OR 27TH ,2021

    DURATION: 3 MONTHS AT 20 HOURS P/WEEK.  

    • May adjust timeline and hours based on the intern’s availability and agency needs.
    • This is a paid internship. This role will not be benefits-eligible during the duration of the internship.
    • Once the internship is completed, there may be opportunity for successful candidates to transition into a full-time, benefits-eligible position as an Associate Analyst within the organization, if available and deemed to be a mutual fit.
    • Due to the investment made in our interns to provide training for a permanent role on our team, we are currently unable to accept applications from students if they are not in their final semester or recently graduated. We hope those students will revisit our opportunities once eligible.
    • If students are still in school, the internship will comply with school’s internship guidelines to be eligible for school credit in addition to compensation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    NPAccel ​​is seeking a highly talented, forward-thinking CRO Intern who can help assist in implementation of conversion optimization campaigns, including UX research, web data analytics, wireframing, and mockup design. During the internship, you will train and execute on the following tasks:

    • Conduct UX research for clients including user testing, session recording analysis, survey analysis, and other quantitative and qualitative research methods as deemed necessary.
    • Learn fundamentals and best practices for CRO. Using these learnings, execute activities as assigned from campaign leads. These activities can include user research, experiment design, prioritization and planning, and more.
    • Review client and competitor websites for gaps, opportunities, and strategic insights for the campaign lead.
    • Complete reports and checklists that evaluate client websites against a set of best practice criteria.
    • Support digital marketing client onboarding, campaign setup, and research.
    • Assist other marketing departments on an as needed basis.
    • Learning about our overall brand, services, and processes. 
    • Managing other various tasks as assigned

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    You describe yourself as an up-and coming marketer who is analytical, creative, organized, and curious. You have an eye for design and have experience with one or more design platforms. Ideally, you have exposure into the world of digital marketing (classroom experience or prior internships/work experience). You enjoy consumer psychology, researching new things, analyzing data, creating reports, discussing marketing campaign strategy, and working with others in a dynamic team environment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress). Preferred focus in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX Design, Communications, Business, Analytics or related field
    • Basic understanding of UX best practices and passion for learning more within digital marketing 
    • Knowledge/experience with user research tools and/ or GA (Google Analytics) preferred but not required.
    • Outstanding Communication Skills (verbal & written)
    • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs (including proficiency in use of Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with one or more design platforms 
    • Experience with or knowledge of marketing automation/workflows, CRM administration, digital marketing, and social media platforms, preferred
    • Basic understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics
    • Preferred experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and thorough
    • PowerPoint and presentation proficient
    • Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Ability to manage tasks effectively and within timely fashion, balancing multiple and changing priorities
    • Self-starter and Go-getter, not afraid to ask questions or seek answers via learning portals
    • Certifications in Google Analytics or other industry tools are a huge plus!
