Position Overview

NPS Management is looking to hire a well-qualified applicant to a full-time Field Agent position based out of our Long Beach office. This is a mobile position in a growing property management company and most of your responsibilities will involve you being at our properties located in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Your day-to-day workload will consist of traveling to those properties to meet with prospective tenants and show off our vacant units as well as conducting inspections as needed. You will work closely with the leasing and maintenance department leads to ensure all information about the properties is always up to date. NPS Management offers competitive pay, a great work/life balance, and a relaxed work environment. A company vehicle is provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from appointments throughout Los Angeles and Orange County (company vehicle provided)
• Meet potential residents at properties and conduct showings and open houses
• Conduct thorough property inspections and create punch lists based on observationsMaintain an inventory of keys and lockboxes for the properties
• Communicate effectively with other departments about immediate needs
• Maintain high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while conducting all business in a time efficient manner

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• California Drivers License
• Ability to drive long distances and be in a vehicle for most of your workday
• Highly adaptive mindset
• Base level technical understanding of phone/tablet apps and digital cameras
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
• Flexible schedule
• Exceptional time-management and communication skills

Additional Qualifications (Optional But Preferred)

• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• 2 or more years of property management experience
• An understanding of property maintenance needs
• Experience with Appfolio
• Availability to work on weekends as needed
• Bilingual (Spanish)
