Position:  Material Handler / Powder Coating Technician

NPSG Global is seeking a Powder Coating Technician / Material Handler for its Sparks, NV locations. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Lead in daily operations pertaining to powder coating facility.
• Accurately record daily powder usage
• Assist in masking, hanging, and removal of parts.
• Assist in packaging and transfer of finished goods to the shipping department.
• Maintain the responsibilities of the ISO 9001 system in accordance with the requirements defined in the Quality Manual, and Procedure Level documentation
• Participate actively and positively in Ownership Thinking and Lean activities
• Assist in manufacturing when necessary.
• All other duties assigned.

Education & Experience

• One year powder finishing application with knowledge in Electrostatic charging Corona (preferred)
• Powder coating material chemistries & cure schedules
• Metals materials and pretreatment process

• Possess basic computer knowledge.
