Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Friday – Monday | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Full-Time | 2nd Shift

The Lead Picker & Packer is responsible for overseeing daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. This role leads and supports warehouse associates, maintains quality standards, and serves as the point of contact between the team and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support picker/packer associates during daily operations
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet order fulfillment deadlines
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and staging of orders
• Perform quality checks to minimize errors, damages, and returns
• Enforce safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new employees
• Communicate performance expectations and provide coaching as needed
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements
• Complete daily reports and relay updates to supervisors or managers

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Basic computer skills (WMS, scanners, or inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
