Position Overview: As the Online Buying Team Lead at NRZ Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our inventory by managing a team of online buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize and oversee the acquisition of tickets for upcoming concerts and family shows. Leveraging data, research, and market insights, you will lead your team in making informed buying decisions to secure the best events and tickets. Previous managerial experience is highly preferred, and expertise in event tickets is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of online buyers, providing guidance, support, and training.

Collaborate with the team to research and identify the most promising events and shows to purchase tickets for.

Utilize data analysis to select the best tickets within each event, optimizing revenue potential.

Negotiate and secure ticket purchases from various sources while adhering to legal and contractual agreements.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and event details to make informed buying decisions.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of tickets for popular events.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align inventory with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in online ticket buying or a related field, with a strong preference for those with expertise in event tickets.

Previous managerial experience, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

A passion for concerts and family shows, and a deep understanding of the event ticketing industry.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary in addition to commission-based incentives. Your total compensation will be a combination of the base salary and commission, providing an opportunity for high-earning potential based on the number of tickets you successfully purchase.
