Job Responsibilities and Duties: _ ****_

Grand Street Wellness is a privately-owned Outpatient Physical Therapy in Manhattan and Brooklyn focusing on Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation along with APOS Therapy. We are currently looking to expand and are inviting highly energetic, motivated, and team-oriented NY licensed Chiropractor to join our team.

Provide chiropractic patient exams/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records).

Perform and review patient X-rays and medical notes.

Diagnose and develop treatment programs for patient.

Provide education, care plan options, therapies/modalities, lifestyle modifications, and health and nutritional counseling to patients.

Provide Chiropractic Care- manual adjustments- Full spine adjuster, drop, electric stim, corrective exercise, therapies, and modalities.

Document patient notes in EMR system.

Work with the multidisciplinary clinicians and staff for comprehensive patient care.

Doctorate (Required)/ Chiropractic License

Anatomy knowledge: 1 year (Required)

Physiology knowledge: 1 year (Required)

Patient care: 1 year (Required)

Pain management: 1 year (Preferred)
