Positions are available to join new start-up in the Retail Consumer Goods sector. We are partnering with a national Consumer Goods company and a Retail Store operator to launch a brand-new concept in Recycling. The pilot testing for this program will occur in the Tulsa area and begin early August. Upon completion of the pilot the results will be evaluated for a national rollout and full-time continuation of operations in Tulsa. The specific position is for a site operator to run the new process at the Retailer location. Selected candidates will register participants in the program, communicate program objectives and answers questions while supporting participants in the recycling drop off activities. Work will be performed outside of the Retailer's building throughout the week. Various work schedules are availablea, but the new recycling operation will be open for participant use from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily including weekends. The role is a full-time position with employee benefits including medical and 401K. Candidates will need to have a strong desire to work with the public as they inform, instruct and guide participants on using the new Recycling capabilities. Technical expertise is not a prerequisite, but successful applicants will demonstrate good problem-solving skills and their ability to adapt as this pilot evolves and improves.
