Sourcing Specialist:

NSC Technologies is currenting seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our National Sourcing team. This exciting opportunity is a great opportunity to jump start a recruiting career. This position will allow you to support our branches nationwide, insourcing for top talent. Sourcing Specialist Description:

· Recruits, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for targeted job openings.

· Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.

· Identifies and sources qualified candidates through various recruiting and screening methods to support customer needs.

· Develops recruitment strategies to attract industry top talent to fill targeted job openings and build candidate pipelines.

· Locate and engage passive and actively seeking candidates using Boolean and other search techniques.

· Develops recruitment campaigns through job boards, social media and other avenues to attract other new talent.

· Make recommendations and presents qualified candidates.

· Regularly track candidate pipeline activity and results to present to management.
