    Title: Registered Nurse

    Specialty: Circulator OR

    Facility: Acute Care (Hospital)

    Shifts: 40 hour days

    Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

    • Supervising charge nurses and informs them of their duties
    • Acting as an advocate for the patient before, during and after surgery
    • Monitoring and recording the patient's vitals pre-operation
    • Preparing the surgical tools and materials that the surgical team will need during the operation
    • Recording every aspect of an operation, including the names and titles of those performing the surgery, the tools used, the amount of anesthetic a patient received and how long the surgery took
    • Advising the surgical team on potential harm to the patient during surgery
    • Assisting surgeons during the surgery if needed
    • Cleaning the operating room post-operation
    • Accounting for all tools used during the procedure

    Qualifications:

    • One year RN acute care experience required
    • Active Applicable State Licensure
    • American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS
