Responsibilities:

The LTC RN utilizes a progressive, cooperative effort to provide both direct patient care and telephone triage. Demonstrates knowledge of standards, policies/procedures and integrates knowledge into delivery of care.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an LTC/SNF RN
• Active Applicable State Licensure
• Must have EPIC (EMR) experience
• American Heart Association issued BLS
• Clean Background Check and Clean Drug Screen
