NATIONWIDE THERAPY GROUP is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who's seeking a placement at School. We are looking for a motivated and energetic LPN to join our team. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions. LPNs are also responsible for passing medications and providing treatments while being supervised by an RN.

JOB TITLE: LPN SCHOOL NURSE

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• This ROLEincludes providing preventive and screening services, health education and assistance with decision-making about health, and immunization against preventable diseases.
• Distributes student medication at prescribed times and documents appropriately.
• Conducts First Aid as prescribed in Policy and Procedure manual and District Resource Guide.
• Assists students with medical devices and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold an active state LPN license
• Must be computer literate
• Must have an active CPR/BLS card
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player
