Job Title: LPN Staff Nurse

Location: Ukiah, CA

Nationwide Therapy Group is a staffing agency that caters contract, per diem, direct hire and permanent placements for CNAs, LPNs, RNs and Therapists (SLP, PT, OT) nationwide! We are looking for a LPN that can work for ten (10) weeks initial contract at a skilled nursing facility. Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year experience working in a skilled nursing facility

• Must hold an active LPN state license

• Must have a valid CPR/BLS card
