Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room/Critical Access Hospital
Responsibilities:
The registered nurse plans and provides direct and indirect care in the emergency care setting. He/She coordinates care with other disciplines, consults with the family or significant others and collaborates with the physician on the patient's behalf. The RN assesses, implements and evaluates nursing care.
Job Requirements:
Must have an Active RN License to practice in the State
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
Must have at least 2 years experience in the Emergency Room Department
Must be able to triage safely, rapidly, and accurately, every patient that enters the emergency care setting
Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
ACLS
BLS
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or PALS
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
