SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE COMPANY

NTX Roofing Solutions is a very fast growing premier roofing company in the DFW metroplex. Our office is located in Fort Worth near downtown. We have a team of very motivated professionals who all work together to help each other succeed. We maintain a positive atmosphere within the team, so any negativity or toxicity that comes in will be identified and removed promptly. We strive to keep all of our guys happy and in a positive state of mind, so we frequently take the team out to top golf or out to eat or other leisurely activities. We also have monthly competitions with high end prizes to give out. My sales training approach is designed primarily to target the core of an individual and reprogram people to be more effective communicators, goal setters and hitters, and help them to conquer negative aspects within themselves that might hinder a person's personal growth. Our company is still fairly new at just over one year old and now currently producing 5 million in annual revenue. We are on track to hit 20 million by 2022 and will then be looking at establishing new locations in other regions of the state. There is lots of potential for advancement as we progress as a company and so we are looking for people to promote from within and help take NTX to the next level. ABOUT THE JOB

This is a very high paying job if you simply do what I tell you to do. You do not need experience in sales, since I will train you on everything you need in order to be very successful and highly effective. The job requires you to knock doors, which is a turn off for most people. However, if you simply follow our system, you will make more money than you've ever made in your life. I've personally knocked 10's of thousands of doors, closed millions in revenue, and have trained up numerous sales professionals to be champions. I bring world class sales and personal development training to the table for everyone hungry enough to eat of it. JOB DUTIES

• Generate new leads
• Assess damage to property
• Advise homeowner on whether or not to file a claim
• Walk the homeowner through the claims filing process
• Sign a contract to handle the scope of work
• Meet adjusters on site to get damage paid for
• Pick up checks
• Coordinate with project managers to handle the construction
