QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record and experience in a salon management or other management role

Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate performance

Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task and handle pressure, experience managing inventory

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively lead, develop and coach a team, creating a positive work environment, training, and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving team member issues

Resolve guest issues and provide exceptional guest service

Educate guests on services and products

Actively promote salon programs and promotions
