Currently, we are seeking to hire a HEALTHCARE RECRUITER to join our growing company!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Perform extensive internet based research, data mining, cold calling and other sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines

· Post job placement ads in the appropriate media to include social media

· Conducting cold-calls to uncover potential applicant information for current or future use

· Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates

· Submit weekly reports

· Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required

· 1-3 years of high volume sourcing and/or recruiting experience

· Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred

· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
