WE ARE ACTIVELY LOOKING TO ADD A PRODUCTION LINE OPERATOR TO OUR TEAM.

This newly created, full-time, hourly, 1st shift position will:

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment that packages food products
• Process any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
• Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas
• Record production data during quality checks
• Maintain consistent focus on product quality
• Adhere to all SOP's and established procedures
• Comply with all Safety practices and procedures
• Be able to CONSISTENTLY lift up to 50 pounds
• Assist with finished goods packaging and outbound shipments to customers
• Assist with product testing and lab support as needed
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications/Requirements include:

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Possessing a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules
• Ability to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good team skills and the ability to work alone
• Must be able to comply with GMP requirements
• Previous experience in an ISO 22000 environment a plus
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism and self-motivation to provide excellent customer service
• Experience with food service/manufacturing preferred

Bi-Weekly pay rate based upon candidate's level of experience
