You'll contact prospective clients via telephone and email and assist them in refining their meal service needs, and provide customer support for existing clients, including following client progress as needed. So, you need to have terrific computer skills, knowledge of health and wellness (preferably nutrition) and patience. You are not responsible for designing menus or coaching, but must be a sympathetic listener. Extensive phone (you must love talking to people via phone) and email with clients. Small company environment. You must be detail-oriented and strong computer skills are critical. Interest in nutrition and health essential and background in health/nutrition required. NO RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, please. Health insurance, paid sick/holiday time accompany this full time, Monday through Friday position.
