NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our sales team! In this role, you will consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Your goal? To diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best, most-effective solution.

At NV Waterproofing, we design the perfect remediation plan for any need our customers may have from foundation repair and crawlspace renovations to water diversion and more! We are redefining the construction industry by fueling remarkable experiences for our homeowners and creating fulfilling work and lives for our employees.

Requirements:

3+ years in sales with a proven track record

1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, construction, or home improvement industries a plus, but not required

Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Able and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house or building

Have strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team

Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)

Able to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl

Be comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary after fully paid training is complete

A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Ability to meet or exceed sales goals set by the company.
