NVB Playgrounds, Inc. is looking for an Order entry clerk to add to our Accounting/Purchasing Team. This job will include processing customer orders, updating orders as needed from multiple sales teams, and writing bulk inventory orders to suppliers.

PURCHASING JOB DUTIES:

• Process multiple sales teams’ orders
• Verify accuracy and order content
• Draft proforma orders to manufacturers
• Update invoices and purchase orders
• Follow up on discrepancies and order details
• Monitor purchase orders for custom orders
• Retrieve stock order from proprietary software

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Effective time management
• Organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with all Microsoft and Google Workspace programs
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
