    Job Description

    NVP WARRANTY, a fast-growing company is looking for a TERRITORY MANAGER- OUTSIDE SALES B2B in the St. Louis, Missouri area to create and manage successful relationships with independent and franchise dealerships. The ideal Territory Manager will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve company goals and objectives. The candidate will also play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with dealers, qualifying prospective dealers, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services in their market.

    COMPENSATION

    • $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!!

    • BASE SALARY + 10% COMMISSION + QUARTERLY BONUSES

    • FIRST YEAR EXPECTED EARNINGS OF $85K-$100K WITH TOP PERFORMERS EARNING OVER $200K ANNUALLY

    • $500 MONTHLY CAR ALLOWANCE

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads in an efficient professional manner

    • Develop and maintain long-term Dealer business relationships through frequent service calls, relationship building, training, and issue resolution

    • Monitor and evaluate sales activities and products of the competitors

    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

    • Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory

    WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree Preferred

    • Proven sales experience of at least (1) one year preferably in the automotive industry

    • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and budgets

    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong communication, negotiation, follow up, and interpersonal skills

    • Must be self-motivated, results driven, accountable, professional, and collaborative with a can-do attitude

    • Must have reliable transportation with a valid and clean driver’s license

    • Willing to travel within assigned territory daily
