    Work for a well-established litigating law firm located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and maintaining a supportive and professional environment. They are currently seeking an entry-level Front Desk Coordinator to join their team.

    This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and promotion within the firm. As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you may have the chance to move into more advanced administrative or legal support positions.

    No prior legal experience is required, but strong administrative and communication skills are essential.

    Front Desk Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
    • Schedule appointments and manage the firm’s calendar.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and depositions.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Support the legal team with various administrative duties as needed.

    Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Business professional presentation.
    • Friendly and approachable personality.

    Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 (DOE)
