    Bothell, WA (this is an in-office role)


    Work for a top manufacturing firm in the waterworks industry located in Bothell. The company is dedicated to integrating technology with pipe related products to develop innovative solutions for planners, engineers, municipalities, and end-users.     The Recruiting Manager is responsible for all facets of the company’s recruiting success. They will provide leadership, support, advocacy, and direction to a staff of Recruiting Coordinators who in turn provide recruiting support to hiring managers across several levels of the organization. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that the company is hiring and retaining the best possible talent.

     

    Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators to ensure established recruitment metrics are achieved.
    • Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and submitting candidates for high level roles or jump in where needed as business needs require.
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies including creative sourcing strategies to ensure overriding company business objectives and goals are being met.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership by demonstrating an understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
    • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks.
    • Work with outside staffing agencies on direct hire needs on specific roles.
    • Attend job fairs, community college programs, and other events which could develop a long-term pipeline of talent for the organization.
    • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
    • Keep job offer letter templates, candidate tracking, hiring manager guide, and other recruiting-related documentation up to date.
    • Review and revise current job descriptions, as well as assist Hiring Managers in developing job descriptions for newly added roles.

     

    Recruiting Manager’s Background Profile:

    • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
    • 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Knowledge of modern employment practices and related laws.
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs.
    • People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment.

    Compensation: $95,000-115,000/year
