    Our client, a privately held real estate investment, development, and property management company is seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to join their dynamic team in downtown Seattle. The Hospitality Manager will work in a very well-known Class A Office Building close to Pike Place Market (free parking!)

    As the Hospitality Manager, you are a true “concierge” to your tenants helping with personal service requests, creating and executing events, promoting, and managing the various properties’ amenity spaces, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

     

    Hospitality Manager Responsibilities:

    Tenant Experience:

    • Leads the team in providing best-in-class service with hospitality for our guests.
    • Consistently provide customer service that is supportive, cordial, and knowledgeable. Always strive to go above and above when supporting tenants.
    • Create and uphold a brand-standard atmosphere all year long and throughout the holidays, complete with a signature aroma, personalized music playlists, suitable lighting, and interior design.

    Event Planning:

    • Bring your ideas to plan and execute yearly events of all sizes.
    • Occasionally assist with the organization and execution of corporate events and other property-related activities.
    • Create a network of associates, suppliers, and companies to suggest to tenants.
    • Manage event setup by coordinating vendors and service providers with personnel.

    Operations:

    • Assist tenants with specific requirements (such as reservations, transportation, etc.) by arranging for them or suggesting suitable service providers.
    • Attend to tenants' unique demands and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
    • Maintain positive wholesome relationships.
    • Solve any potential problems that may emerge.

     

    Hospitality Manager Qualifications:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a similar industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
