The Chief Estimator will be responsible for the preparation of timely, accurate, and competitive project estimates: conceptual, schematic, and hard bid. This individual will also produce project budgets, to enhance the profitability of the company through accurate forecasting of project costs. Chief Estimator Background Profile:

• 7+ years of estimating experience, within the commercial construction industry.
• Experience in value engineering projects and providing ideas on how to reduce costs of the project.
• Ideal candidate has worked on a variety of project types.

Compensation: $150,000-$180,000/year
