Senior Project Engineer - Commercial GC (Office/Healthcare Projects)

Work for a well-regarded, Regional Commercial GC with a 130-year history of innovative construction projects located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our client is looking for experienced Project Engineers to join their growing team and work on upcoming Corporate/Office or Healthcare construction projects in the Greater Portland Area.

Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Project Engineer, you are an integral part of the team and you will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Safety Coordinators, Field Crews, and Subcontractors to ensure the project is running safely and smoothly.
- Project Engineers are responsible for cost management, quality control, and project documentation and subcontractor management.
Senior Project Engineer Profile:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer for a Commercial GC.
- Corporate Office or Healthcare construction experience is a huge plus!
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project safety compliance.
- Software Experience: MS Office, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore.
- Broad knowledge of LEAN and BIM techniques.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 + bonuses and benefits
