Contract Coordinator - Construction

Join a local general contractor with nearly 50 years of proven success, delivering top-tier construction management and craftsmanship to a diverse clientele, from local chains to national retailers. Our client is seeking an experienced contracts administrator.
Contracts Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Produce, edit, and process subcontracts and purchase orders from draft documents provided by Project Managers.
- Produce, edit, and process change orders to subcontracts and purchase orders from draft documents provided by Project Managers.
- Maintain record of compliance with Insurance and full execution of documents.
- Coordinate with management and accounting on issues should there be any.
- Assist in editing AIA documents from drafts provided by Project Managers.
- Distribute/Scan documents to subcontractors and company filing systems.
- Coordinate with accounting for setting up new vendors & suppliers.
Contracts Coordinator Qualifications:
- Experience with Viewpoint and Procore software highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong keyboard/typing skills with high accuracy
- Self-motivated and accepting of an open office environment
- Experience in construction contracts management highly preferred
